How quickly can you start?

Are your officers licensed?
Yes. Every officer holds the security licence required in the province where they work, and passes screening and site-specific training before their first shift.
Do I need a long contract?
No. We offer short-term coverage for events, renovations and temporary needs, as well as ongoing contracts for permanent sites.
What happens when an alarm or camera alert goes off?
An operator in our monitoring centre checks it on camera. If it's real, they issue a live voice warning and dispatch an officer or call police. You get the clip and a report.
Can you monitor the cameras I already have?
Often, yes. We check your cameras and recorder during the site assessment and connect compatible systems to our monitoring centre.
What if my site has no power or internet?
Our solar and hybrid towers carry their own power and LTE connection, so they work on empty lots and new construction.
